In conclusion I'm not sure about low end but seems quite reasonable as it is above Max (quite often offered) and also waiting for titiuu's screenie. High end is set by highest rejected offer (steaming beak, engi cap)

Not really. Right now that guy has 2 buds+ bills which is approx value of keys he had at that time. If I were suggesting range in keys it might be like that but if suggesting in pure it s actually better to reflect market prices at time of offer. I m sorry your lowball offer wasn't accepted but I love this hat too. Anyway it doesn't really affect my range whether we count old or new ratio keys to buds

and could you tell me why? even guys at 2,3+ are rejected and there are enough offers in my range. overpay is counted so these are basically pure values

Because a lot of them have offers of 2.2 buds.. So perhaps 2.1-2.6 (I didn't see the 2.6 offers)

steaming beak, knifestorm engi cap both are like 2.6-2.7 after overpay. Anyway people are getting rejected at 2.2 buds as you can see
