    1.33 ref seems to be the buyout, which would justify "1.22–1.33 ref", however I don't see any evidence against 1.22 ref. Even if there aren't any offers.


    Difficult to say, since "from what you've said" these are the only ones with offers, meaning there isn't any additional proof for or against; so I'm going to wait until more offers.
