It was suggested that the range should be changed to 1-1.33 (previously 1.11-1.22)

Evidence:

I opened a trade 2 days ago, and sold 3 rocket lawnchairs in those 2 days, meaning that rockets without parts are in high demand. I myself am also buying rocket launcher for 1.11 (if that can be counted as evidence)

The problem here is that not many Strange Rocket Launchers on TF2Outpost don't have (expensive) strange parts attached to them. You'll see this if you browse through a few pages. This is why ones without parts are in such high demand.

Good enough proof and I thought 1-1.22 was a bit of a strange range anyway so upvote :)

There are over 20 pages of S. RLs on Outpost and you really only have 1 solid offer of 1.33 on it? I think you need more proof bud :)
