Um, could you try and find proof for the 1 ref part of the range? It's not really justified that we accept the 1 ref part unless you got proof. I'll try to help you but don't be surprised that you don't get anything useful outta me, as I'm not as good find stuff. Edit: My stupid brain switched the prices in my head...

Well, this was all the proof I could find, think also one in the classifieds got sold for 1.33, but it's gone already so I can't check anymore. If you come up with any new proof let me know.
