....I don't agree with this. I'm not going to provide proof to help you. You are the one trying to raise the price not me. Provide proof for YOUR suggestion. But I will gladly provide counter-proof if I can find it give me 10 minutes.

I can't create more proof. I posted the proof I found and then there is always one guy who comes in asking for more proof. You probably didn't even searched on outpost before posting that, did you? If you can find any it will be higly appreciated if you post it.
Yes I did read my other comment I looked and there are only two sellers on outpost. One was bought by an uncraft collector and the other is a collector item :)
Also there are absolutely no buyers of this hat uncraft on outpost showing no demand whatsoever for it. Doesn't bode well for raising the price. Only 1 buyer on bazaar and 0 in the classifieds. No demand for this item therefore no reason to raise the price.
By the way your first link the hat was sold to a clear uncraft hat collector. Second link is also a collector item mainly because he is only selling level 10's which is a collector level. That is the only reason he is selling it for 2 keys and got offers :)
Looooooooool, the whole market of these is pretty much for collectors dude. I'm not trying to be rude, but you just showed you don't know alot about these. 10 minutes later no counter-proof. Next time research first before posting. Thanks!
There are only 600 in the world I know about the item. Look in the backpack of the buyer in your first link he has only uncraft hats in his hat collection. The second is a collector level which raises the value of the item to certain people. (Collectors)

Someone please take over, I can't handle this without being rude.
I honestly could care less if you are rude to me. I'm not sure why you think that is ridiculous considering there are collector levels such as 0, 1, 10, 42, 66, 69, 99, and 100. That does raise the price to people who collect those items. For example, I have a level 1 Deadliest Duckling. It is generally worth 3.33. On Outpost, I first got an offer of 4 ref, then someone said I'll do 1 key, then I got an offer of 1 key + 1 rec.
Just saying, level 10 is not a special level,there can be someone who collects level 10 hats but it is definitely not special at all (in fact i dont even see a lvl 10 collector before).......and most importantly those hats can only come with level 10

Well if you read my comment there are no buyers on outpost, only 1 on bazaar that is 3 months old, and 0 in the classifieds. I said that shows virtually no demand for this. It is impossible for me to provide counter-proof because no one wants this.
It's only one trade though :/

That's why I asked for evidence from the 4 you had which would bring it to a total of 5 sales for this suggestion. I don't really think one trade in the current range is enough to change the price.
I'm afraid I didn't recently bought this hat. Think the last one I bought was 1-2 months ago. So that won't be helpful.
