Conclusion: Not much demand, even at 25 keys. 26 doesn't work nowadays. A few are in demoman sets, which isn't valid proof.

About the time of late fall/early winter, these things start to sell fast, but winter is far away, thus everyone is getting ready for summer, so summer hats and stuff like that are rising.
