So there are a ton of 7-7.5 bud offers on these that are refused and if you read the trade talk many of the owners are "firm at 8 buds". I searched the hats histories and i couldn't find a sale that occurred within the last 4 months. So barring any new sales data, it appears that the value of these hats has remained in the 7.5-8 range. Clearly 7 isn't getting it done and the sellers are just hiding, not asking for sweets so 7.2 won't get it done either imo.
