Re-submission at 1.66 Ref since the change 1.33-1.66 was to big for some.

If this price goes through we will see how it fares for the first couple days and if people will actually purchase them at 1.66.

Pretty good proof, although I would have to ask for more proof at 1.66 since there are 5+ pages on Outpost. Still, the 1.66 ref ones haven't even sold and they were up for a few days.

Looked through the 5+ pages, about 1/6 are asking for 2+ ref but have been posted for 1+ weeks. 1/2 are craft numbers ranging from 1-100 asking for separate prices. And the remaining are what you see here!

I haven't looked through, but what you say seems pretty true for a newly introduced craft hat (craft numbers etc).
