1.33 is still in the range.

Everyone tries to sell craft hats at 1.66 ref. Doesn't mean that all craft hats should be changed to 1.66. The majority still get sold at 1.33

that's why 1.33 is in the range

This is one of the last hats I'd ever think would be more than just a "craft hat".

doesn't matter what you think, people buy it for more so it should be worth more.

There isn't really enough proof to justify 1.66 seeing as only one of them has sold for 1.66 pure and the others in items. And seeing as there are like 4-5 pages on Outpost trying to sell for 1.33, there isn't enough for 1.66.
