In other words, you have a calculator for a reason and comments like that do not add to the discussion/are not necessary when you have the tools.

I am telling him that, for future reference, he should not ask what x amount of a key is, because everyone that has a computer and internet(some computers don't need internet, if it has the calculator application), or just a calculator itself, can easily figure out how much of a key that is in refined, and still figure it out by doing it in their head/writing it out. There are too many comments that say "What in God's name is x amount of keys?!?!?!?!" as if it's the first time they've ever seen a key in a decimal. And I am not trying to bash him. I am just saying, why would anyone ask how much of a key that is when they can easily find out by their self? I use a calculator so much when I'm trading, it just seems so logical to use one that I don't know why he didn't just use his. I just don't really like seeing comments like this all the time when going through price voting, and I honestly don't look at price voting that much. The amount of comments like this I have seen for so little price voting threads I've been on is honestly a bit ridiculous.

Some people might see that as a bit harsh. But I agree. Maybe he is just 11 and new to trading? Who knows.

I do agree that the first time I said it, it might have come out as a bit harsh. But, I am also honestly sort of an asshole. People are just really sensitive, but that's who they are and I can't change it. It is what it is.

Also, when I get annoyed by people that say comments like that(ex: Dumb YouTube comments, cancer Reddit comments, "that isn't tradable yet" promo-item comments on outpost), I just become too annoyed. Got banned for 24 hours for telling someone to fuck off after 5 people in a row told me my hat wasn't tradable.

I don't mind people like you at all really as long as you do not put down people to much and insult them as a person, which you have not done. But this conversation has nothing to do with my price suggestion or helping people understand the suggestion, if you want to continue this discussion just add me thanks.

Not only is this early, with people selling for 4 ref (straight in ref) and up to a key, it would be a lot better to have this price listed in ref, and even better to have this price listed later. You know items fluctuate hugely in their first days, such a the recent stranges that went from Keys to 1 ref or less (Beggar's Bazooka, Flying Guillotine). Give it more time, and if people are selling below a key, put it in refined.

Most of the proof is asking for one key, the price of keys has been unstable as of late so I thought this would be the best way to suggest. I wish bp.tf calculated it out into ref also but that is not the case.

Even besides the fact that it's way too early, you're making the same mistake Cleverpun did with his Gift Wrap suggestion. Don't ever do any <1 key incriments.

he can do it, as long as it's in 0.2 key incriments, since it's generally accepted that .2 keys=1 ref. clever's mistake was that he used .9 keys. wtf is .9 keys?

It's more the fact that people are not used to seeing anything below a key when you could just use a refined range instead, but I see your point.

like everyone else, good evidence but its just a new update people will go crazy about it for a few days, spending huge amounts of metal but in a week it will be back to normal and most of them will be 1.33-1.66 ref

As I said to the others, I am mostly trying to give people an idea that this is worth more than a majority of the new robo hats and that they should ask for more on it. I'm sure sometime soon the price will change but that is fine with me. Currently it is around what I suggested.

I think 2 keys would be a good price, its rare-er than most robo hats.

I have not seen anyone selling for 2 keys do so successfully or seen anyone offer 2 keys.

It's a pretty good suggestion, but I still think it's a bit early to price these new items.

I'm sure the price will change after awhile but for the time being why not give people an idea that it is worth more than some of the other robocrate items? Personally I think it is the best of the robo hats. Most people do not know it is paintable.

It's been 2 days and there are plenty of evidence to support 0.8 and 1 key sells, and it shouldn't be made in ref because it should be able to rise as keys rise cause pretty soon robocrates and keys will be gone and it will only be able to get rarer
