Not that much interest and very low offers and prices for this.

Conclusion:

You will have to wait so much time to sell this hat for a really good price as the guy on the #2 trade. Needs a regulation and of course, it's just because the hat is not that very interesting too

-to lower a price you have to find a guy who sold for below the current price

-to raise a price you have to find offers and people who sold for above the current price .
