Only 2 in the game so far with the new effect. I've been offered 1 pure to 2.5 in unusuals for it so far on outpost and in game.

Since it's a crappy hat with a 'meh' effect that has the one redeeming quality that it's new I've picked an 'average/high' price for it to start.

Sorry, no proof available other than my own post to sell it in case someone makes me an offer I can't refuse. Otherwise I'll just keep it.

That's not the case. This is the price based on what I've been offered, nothing more.

You should look for hats in the same tier with this effect.

What i see around is that this effect got way higher offers on other hats.

Seems like people are lowballing because no price set and stuff.

Maybe not a bad idea. The number of people ignoring the 'Please do not add me' line on my outpost link is getting a bit annoying.

And that's usually a good sign I'm selling too low.
