pThere are only two of these oon OP. One says: "add me" and has a key, a ref, a rec, and a scrap on their wishlist, the other is only going for dota 2 items.
Anyways, they are the same as reg decals, as they dont have any crafting recipes anyways.

Please find the proof/counterproof. As he already stated in his original comment there is no actual proof of sales as there are only two on outpost. Not everything is like a key suggestion where you can make walls and walls of proof to support you.
Always need for proof. Plus no one is interested in buying them. Price shouldn't go up.

He explained that there is no proof to be had. All past suggestions are based off keeping price equal with unique, craftable version. Currently the price for that is 1-1.33 refined. Frankly I find this to be a rather pointless suggestion as this almost never gets sold, but it does seem as though there is a precedent seen in previous suggestions that the price is updated to whatever the current price for the unique, craftable version is worth.
I guess this is a hard thing to suggest a price for. I suppose those two on the market will be priced like the craftable ones, so I upvote. Unless you want me to ask them what their specific price for the tool is.
its no different than a normal decal tool. I have no idea why it should be any different. (heck it should be more expensive xD)
