Hi all, this is my first unusual suggestion. This hat + effect doesn't have any record of previous suggestions and I think I have enough evidence of offers to make a suggestion.

This is the only one on outpost I could find, and it has gotten a fair few offers over the last couple of months.

- The current owner bought this unusual around 6 months ago. The previous owner was looking for 1.75 earbuds, and the current owner indicated that he might would be willing to do more than 5 bills hats (so more than 40 keys?).

- Offer of an earbud (twice), I think the price was between 25 and 27 keys back then. Also got a 30 key offer and a searing plasma bonk helm (bp.tf suggests that as 1.3 - 1.6, however that price has never been updated.)

- I counted five offers of 1 bud, one 24 key offer, two offers of 1 bud + 4 keys, one 30 key offer, a 1 earbud + 7 key offer and a nuts and bolts el jefe (21 - 29 keys bp.tf price, updated 3 weeks ago)

Summary: I think this price is in need of an update. Looks easy to sell for a bud and does get higher offers (although the owner has yet to get any offers above 1.5 buds unless I missed it). Any constructive feedback on my suggested range is welcome.
