Before posting the proof from the Outpost, I will talk about my personal experience with this hat.

After a couple of weeks, I sold it for 1 bud, 4 keys and a clean Taunt: The High Five! on 28 apr ([url]http://i.imgur.com/I0AyfQq.png?1[/url]). After trying to sell it for two weeks, it was the best offer that I got for the hat. Most people who leave a pure offer, it's only a pure bud. If they want to add 4 - 6 keys more, it's an instant purchase. So, there are people willing to sell this hat for around 1.2 - 1.3 pure buds and there are B/O lower than the high range.

I have considered the 90% for the unusual offers and a bud as 22.5 keys.

Conclusion:

The best pure offers are around 1.2 buds (none of these offers are hidden by the owners) and they even consider unusual offers around 1.3 - 1.4 buds.
