Most B/Os are around 12, and absolutely will not budge. 10 seems to be the most popular offer, within about a bud of it.
The Stahl is worth around 21 according to backpack.tf, but the current owner has gotten offers around 27 mixed. Even so, the Beak was valued at around 12 during that transaction, leading me to believe that it can obviously get more than 10. However, since large price jumps are a no-no, I'll leave it at this for now.
Tell me if I did anything wrong in the comments below!
I suggest the range being higher, 10 pure minumum.

No, 9.5 is a common price for this (he also showed one sale). Not sure if only for the duped ones or not.

Huh, your edit seems pretty non-related to the first part of your post.
The guy who offered 10 pure, I suggested the minumum should be 10. But when I realised he hid his own post, rather then the owner rejecting. I said it should not be used as proof.
Another thing is that the range shouldnt be higher on scorching and beams. Upvote
Yeah I could maybe see sunbeams since its medic, but burning> scorching should be the case here
