-steaming modest + s. machina (the steaming modest is 2.4-2.7, at the time the machina was 1 bud, 3.4-3.7 buds. 3.2 with overpay.)
-offered a circling peace sign modest pile of hat (2.6-3.3 buds)
-stormy storm tossle cap (2.8 -3.1 buds)
-knife storm fuka (3.4-3.9 buds, 2.9-3.4, with unusual overpay)

got an offer for 2 pure, owner asked for 2.5.

As you can see, the second trade had slightly lowered the lower tier, otherwise the first trade had enough proof to make this hat increase.
week or 2 ago I had 2 offers of 2 buds, and was able to make them go less but found out one of them was a scammer and other one offered to late because I bought something.
I went through all your trades and you have not ever advertised it, you don't have any it in your backpack history!

nope I was buying high tier blokes, i never bought one because I decide I would rather have an all class one, dont believe me, fine I have no proof but I did get < 2 bud offers

here is the trade http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9987726 the scammer added me and offered 2 buds and I negotiated lower and the last post too added me for 2 buds, no proof so this is a debate I cant win good luck with your suggestion and it wlll probably be upvoted
Only proof of the high-end is the offer of Modest + S. Machina. Considering that an owner has a B/O of, was willing to take 2.5 and offers plenty offer within that range, 2.5-3 seems better.
Sill an offer which can Justify it.
With a BO of 3 buds, the high end shouldn't be over that.
On the other trade it has higher offers though...
Trade has only been up for 6 days, too early to tell whether it must be absolute high end.
