Many offers are still in range but there are also multiple 4 pure offers and mixed offers that range higher than 4 that are slightly outdated but still within the last update and now.

3.2-4 seems like a suitable range with many offers still within that range and a higher end of 4 pure with multiple 4 pure offers and above
