Nope, the only unbumped one is 10 keys one, which isn't in the current range, and seems to be an outlier. The others are bumped, I don't knwo where you got that they have not been bumped ''since they were made''.

LMAO, 1 week unsold. Give me a BMOC and I will sell it within 3 days for 12 keys. Only inactive or retards can't sell this item for a week at low-end. Thats like having a Bills hat 1 week unsold at 8 keys.

Almost all of them are 2 weeks old or more, thats too old to be used as a proof. Also 2nd link is not sold, 12 keys are in the range already, so you need to prove that 11 isn't possible anymore. Even on your listed classifieds whole Page of unsolds at 12, for now i'm downvoting, the proof is too old and you haven't got proof that 11 isn't possible anymore.
