So, that should be enough proof that people are willing to sell these for 1.66-2 refined. I was going to include 1.66 as my low end, but I wasn't quite sure because I found more proof for 2 refined than 1.66, so I'm going to stick with 2 refined flat.

I could be totally wrong, but this hat will probably end up being a craft hat in the end. Its the bottom of the barrel of the hats that were put in, in my eyes.

Fairly sure this, soldered sensei (yellow belt for sniper) and plumber's pipe (prancer's pride for pyro) are the cheapest ones. Two latter ones are easy to find at 1.66 ref.
