I strongly considered putting 2.5 as the low end until I saw these old trades:

The last suggestion was 4 months ago and both of these sales happened since then.
Setting the high end for the high range of offers ~3.4-3.5. One seller would take 3.4 pure. Setting the low end to capture the multitude of 3+ offers at 3 flat. We have 2 sales to back this range and the current offers. The 2.5 was clearly anomalous and he declined a different offer of 3.3 in unusuals.
