I'm sorry, but these things are impossible to sell at 2 keys. Everywhere I go, I cant get a single trade. Not even on outpost. The price Needs to be set lower for anything to work in terms of selling it. Therefore, I'm posting this price here.

That is true. 1.5 is basically just 2.55 ref + 1 key

And the fact is, I got mine sold for 4 ref. I tihnk this could go even lower. Seriously, GO out on a trade server and try selling this for 2 keys. It never gets a bite.

if i come off as rude, just know i dont mean to. the reason im downvoting is your lack of proof and the fact that you do not represent the entire trading community, we cant base a price off one trader's failure to sell an item.

however if it means anything ill check op/bazaar and post some links if i find them...NO PROMISES! (after all it isnt our job to post the proof)

well due to the fact that the price is 5 months old you could find some proof and have a range from say, 1.5-2 keys. of the 4 pages on op that^^ just showed many from the first page alone. many of the v modest pile o hat hats were pushed at a higher price due to special levels or more commonly them being in sets.
