I bought this the other day because, hey I needed an unusual and this effect is pretty cool. Aaannyways, Proof below :)

Also it may be a bit early to have a "price" for this hat, but there are currently 4 on the market. Plenty of offers to choose from.

I suggest you wait a bit. If there are four, another is likely to sell and provide stronger proof. I don't see the high end of 1.8 as you need to consider unusual overpay on the Bubbles Tower, which brings it down to about 1.6. They seem to be getting decent offers and it's likely too soon to price, as it is unlikely to be altered for 2 months.

My worry would be that the range might be a little low yet. The second link has an offer of an uncraft summer set + 24 keys. He overinflated his valuation of the summer set, but still about 2.3 buds worth in the end.

Yeah and he sold for o fire bubble pipe ~1.9-2.1 after overpay. so maybe a bit higher.
