So, this paint does need a rise, but the other suggestion is not exactly the best.

Only 15 on outpost! Of these, 2 are from the same owner (both of which are only selling in a set for a S sapper and such) and 3 are older than dirt. Here's 10/10 of these.

Conclusion:

Lot of variability in this, but definately going up. 5.44 sellers, a 6 ref seller, and multiple offers above this threshold. I’m going to put the range as 5.44-6, as sellers seem to get 5.44 easily and some buyers at 6 ref.
