There are 2 more trade of users selling this hat but they're too new to have a reasonable amount of offers yet. However one did have an offer of a blizzardy storm officer's ushanka ~ 2 buds.

As you can see, the hat needs an update and the majority of the offers are ranging between 2 - 2.5 buds. One or two offers are outliers as one is an extreme lowball and the other one was 1 bud higher than the price of the topi but got retracted.
