EDIT: fyi, uncraftable keys which are bought from the store are priced at 1.2-1.5 keys. Craftable keys are the ones that are gifted and are not any different in use from uncraftable keys other than that they are unpriced. I am just proposing that the accepted uncraftable price be given to the craftable version as well.

i just got uncraftable Keys at Mann Co.-Store, maybe they changed it now.

The key is not considered uncraftable and is gifted because that's what happens when the random robokey gift is used or when a pile of robokeys are used on a server.
