I think that isn't accounted as proof, as I saw someone commented in some suggestion a few days ago, because Geel doesn't want to use scrap.tf as proof. :/

everyone says it isnt accounted as proof but it kinda has to be if they are being bought and sold there, how can it not be

Actually, scrap.tf buy BMOCs for 9 Keys and resell em for 11 Keys + 3 ref... check their price list.

37 outpost links - 2 duplicates = 35 unsold ones at 12 keys but 14 of them sold at least 1 bmoc, that's 40%. Not bad for a high end. Also, some of your unsold ones are too young and bad proof.
