Confetti effects have been rising lately on a lot of hats. Finding folks selling this hat is rare and when they do, most put them in the 18 key range.However, I think that's overvaluing it a bit. So anywhere from 15-18 should be a reasonable range for this hat/effect
Also, dreadfully sorry about the lack of links. Purple Fetti Hard Counters have been hard to find lately.

Not that i dont agree but you do need some proof of these claims, ie links of sold/trades...etc
with an orange star I would have thought you would have proof
