The pure low offers were at 15 keys, so 16 keys seems fine as the low value.

The pure high offers were at 19 keys, so 19 keys seems fine as high value.

Actually, I don't think this is a good suggestion. The high value of your suggestion is 19 but none of the owners have actually SOLD theirs at 19, simply added it to their lists of C/O's.

I'm not doing this for you, I just noticed that nobody it's buying at the actual rank and it need to be lowered.

By the way, according to outpost unusual and backpack.tf history you sold an Unusual Hetman's Headpiece (Stormy Storm) for Unusual Old Guadalajara (Nuts n Bolts 15-19 keys) + 2 keys. If we take the middle price it's 17 keys + 2 keys making that at 19 as a high value.
