3 month old price, has risen significantly since then. I'm really after one of these, so i've been following them for a while.
[url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10621894[/url] - said he'd take 5 buds + sweets, not sure what he sold for unfortunately. Note the other owners commenting on how they sold the same hat for 5 buds and a v. Luger (around 5.4) and a max + 90 keys (5.5+)
[url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10764828[/url] - said he'd take a 5 pure offer, but the other guy hasn't added him back yet. He also received an offer of 4.5 pure, which is the current high end, and only c/o'd it. He also turned down 4 pure, another price in the current range.
This is all I could dig up proof-wise, but it shows 2 confirmed sales and 2 probable sales, all of them way above the current limit.
This is also my first suggestion, please don't kill me :C
If they will take 5 pure why is that the low end and not the high end. I dont get why

With two offers at 5 buds within two weeks, 5 at low range makes sense to me.
Link 2 had an add for 5 buds, but didn't seem to go through. Link 1 also had some promising. Looks good.
