There is a scarce market for this paint. Not many documented trades exist. There are few sellers, and interested buyers are either lowballers or hardly successful.

Keeping 3.66 as a low end, because it is still possible, if hard. With 4 buyer trades at 3.66, it'd seem it is hard item to move. Basing high end on the 4 ref sellers (there's been a few these last days on OP, but I don't have proof :c ) and the buyer. There isn't any clear high end. It shouldn't be higher because there's a good amount of sellers for 4.33+ with no adds.

I did not list trades for over 4 ref because they'd be irrelevant to my suggested price, but I'd say those 4.66 sellers are in fact selling. Not much clear proof.
