Let's try this again, properly, and with loads more proof.

There are way too many 1 ref sellers that are unsold for 1.11 to be in the range, and a decent amount of 1 ref sales as well.

That's quite a bit of 1 ref sales for an item with about 10 trades, and I haven't been able to find any sales of 1.11 ref among them.

1 scrap change suggestion seems pretty pointless to me in this case

One of the 1-ref sellers has added someone for .77 ref. It hasn't went through, but it's been less then a day.

So there we have it, a sale at 1.11 (The trade history is botched, I'm still trying to figure out who the spyer actually went to), and 2 attempted sales at lower than 1 ref that we'll wait and see about. I suppose the trades on both ends are just outliers then.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10633958 - I just think your trade was an outlier actually. He eventually sold it for 2 rec. Think he just needed metal and was pretty much willing to accept anything lower. Why else would he accept the 2 rec when he already had two people willing to pay more?
