I just got this hat for a Stormy 13th Hour Company man valued at 10+buds. Considering unusual overpay (but i am not sure if neccesary for starting price) about 9.5buds~.

* An offer of a Phos Chef hat, most of its c/o's are 10+ offers. Unuusal overpay makes it 9+buds.

I put 9.5buds because i am sure that there will be some unusual offers at 10 (then unusual overpay). And i put 10 buds as the high end because the Power Surge Unusual Noble Amassment of Hats has got an offer of 10.8 in unusuals, i think it can go further , but due to unusual overpayment i think 10buds is a good high end.

I think that it should use Unusual Overpay whether you like it or not. :/

You do realise that sunbeam noble is only 7.2buds, considering i bouzght this for 10buds in unusuals and i got some 10+offers, i can consider it low.
