I believe you need proofs of people selling it for 1 ref. From what I've seen, you only have 1.

For the second link of "Selling for under 1.33 ref -" (which is my link), I sold two more. So I sold four Decal Tools for 1.11 ref each. So I think 1.11 is still possible to sell and it should still be kept in the range.
