FULL DISCLOSURE: I just bought on of these.

I sold one of these about 3 months ago as I needed pure. I trawled through my inventory history and I got a Max head (level 67 for the curious) and 5 buds - you can see me having this item here : http://backpack.tf/id/76561198025101182?time=1364799600. So 7 buds in total.

I decided about 2 weeks ago that I wanted another one as I liked the hat and have been making offers on them since. A fair amount of them on server. In the end, I had to pay Blizzardy Team Captain (currently listed at 5.6), 2x Earbuds and some sweets:

I think that if I had paid in pure, it would have gone for 7 again, but I was bored of selling the TC and I wanted the crown.

Absolutely - hence the range. 7 when in pure, 7.6 when in unusuals.

Its listed soo low because of the buds and key changes.

I remember it being low at the time that I bought it as well.

I mean the last suggestion on it suggested over 6 buds. And now its mega low haha
