This really needs a bump. Price is at least 3 or 4 months old, not very sure. Basically I put this hat up, looking to get 2 or so, and went to sleep. Woke up the other day, 4 bumps later, with 9 offers on it alone, and 3 adds. Everyone on outpost got 3 or + b/o's in pure, and there are many offers of 2 pure or more. Proof:

There is more proof, but I think this should be enough. There are plenty of unusual offers in the 1.8~2.2 range, and some of 2.2+. Tried to get only recent proof for this, but I've seen these going for 2.8~3 in promos about 2-3 months ago. Lately these have been getting good offers, and with the 2+ pure offers going around easily, this deserves a price bump.

Remember, all of those offers got rejected, with the exception of a few.

Reason for the ends: 2.3 because most pure offers have been going around this, and even though some go to 2.4 or more, the unusual offers haven't been going on too high. High end 2.6 due to the low end offers being rejected, and due to some offers such as the SF Scatter, and the unusuals without overpay would go around this. I still feel it should be more, but this should be a good moderate bump.
