Can't really expect more 9.5 proof when some are trying for 10 - 11, and many are trying for 9(even more then I shown).

One lucky sale doesn't seem legit enough.

one of those is mine that i was selling at 9keys +3 ref. I was selling for about a day when I sold it for 9keys + 2ref. I think 9-9.5 keys might be better suggestion

A day isn't that long to sell. Your current range (or lack thereof) doesn't take into account that there are some that sell for more than 9keys and half of your "proof" is also above 9 keys. I agree that they don't really sell for 10 keys anymore but they do sell from 9 to 9.5
