So where'd the .05 come from?

Lot's are being sold for 0.05 on servers, 0.05 is there because of unsuccessful trades at 0.11

Do you have any proof of .05 on trade servers? If not, then you need to find successful buyers at .05.

Well sellers have this weapon along with craftable ones and try to sell them all for 1 scrap. This range seems fair enough since 1 scrap is still in the range.
