IMO 3.5 flat is not the best price ATM as it is highest offered by a large jump and could be an anomaly.
The Tree offered on the second trade is pretty close already. It's not as big a jump as you say.
Seller was extremely reluctant at 3.5 and even moreso at my first offer of 3. Counterproof (hat actually selling lower) is welcome though.
