Conclusion:

The offer of 3.75 pures is clearly an outlier as none of the offers hit anywhere near that mark. Thus I shall take the second best offer of 2.4 pures to be the lowest end. The highest offer ever recorded is 2.5 pures, so setting 2.5 as the highest end.
