Price is a few months old and i think the low end needs to go up a bit.
I personally just bought my PE noble for a Green Energy Batters Helm, 2 buds, lime green EAs, and gift wrap (which in all was worth over 5)

I was going to bump up both energy nobles, but was a bit too lazy for it. There are a LOT of them on the market, and there is more than enough proof for higher ends. I think this deserves more. Downvote
Unusual overpay must be applied. The Stormy KE is 5 Buds with overpay. The 5 Buds 11 keys link already bought it from someone else. Also, it's already in the current range.
