2 month old price. And last suggestion was 4-4.33 buds and with the key changes and bud changes has moved downward. Yes i do own this and i just bought it as a quicksell and it was offered to me, so my trade is an outlier and will not be included. But i have currently put it up for sale.

So thats about 4.8 Buds
It seems that 4 buds gets offered quickly and in pure. And it has sold for a bit over 5 buds and a bit under 5 buds.
Offers tend to be in the 4-4.33 bud area. So i will leave the high end lower to be conservative of the bump.
I suggesting 4.1-4.7 because i expect and im sure the bud suggestion is going to pass and it will just shift this down by .1 buds so in reality im suggestion 4-4.6
You know the rule "Overpay in unusuals", no pure offers at 4,7, only combos like unu+promo.

This is only speculation you dont have any proof for this one, maybe person sold other unusual or bought keys/buds? ha? This conversation was about 2weeks ago.
I checked bp histories. And in both the traders previous trades you can see what was wchange and see a lvl 23 bud and more then a bud of keys was swapped.K
So my assumption is basically spot on. And backed up.
And when it comes to unusuals up to a month can be used as evidence. Especially on high tier effects that are expected to be slower sellers
Okey if I got offers around 4buds(not in unusual) I need to rise up price to 4,1-4,7 buds. It's totaly make sense.
Wait you're a against a raise because offers aren't only pure?
Obviously 4 buds is constantly offered. So it's the low end.
And they have sold for more then my high end. (unusual overpay consider)
I'm being conservative on my bump.
Sell more unusuals and tell me you always get it sold for pure and mix offers don't matter.
