i'm just fixing the range, why would i need a proof when i'm not even changing anything. 13-13 keys = a glitch/bug or whatever, just fixing it.

Because current price is outdated. Made 2 months ago. Maybe it isnt 13 keys anymore.

if you hover over it, it shows that current price is 13.02. Therefore the range is something like 13-13.04. So 13 flat IS a drop.
