rather hard to price, but 11-14 is wrong. It has an offer of 15 on a gifted one (nobody special that would inflate the price) and offers of 13 and a buyout of 14 (classifieds). Therefore I submit 14-15
Classifieds has one being SOLD for 14. The offer of 13 is within the current range. The Billy is 13-15 with overpay, not far outside of the current range. I'm going to stay neutral on this this simply because it has a decent chance of being accepted, but I don't love the proof- you need to show that there have been sales at 15.
