I just bought one of these for the cheapest I could find one, a bud. Proof:

I should've screencapped the trade but I didn't.
It's a nice hat and nice effect and it's retired.
You can still upload a picture of inventory history
Go to inventory - inventory history and make a screencap
Cheapest you could find --> You not even tried to offer lower.
He gave me paint to make up for it, and I tried to lower it but he wanted a pair of buds.
You could have offered on the other ones on the market, and wait for their reply.
Normally you would add more evidence. Heres some stuff for u guys to help decide whether it should be changed. (got here from tf2r btw :P)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9004077 - 23 key offer declined.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9614285 -not a single offer for it in a month.
oh okay, i'll remember that later
The 23 key offer was retraced, not declined.
Likely due to the trader at hand being unresponsive and all around useless.
Last suggestion mentioned selling for 23 keys, so this lines up with that prior sale. Amount of change is enough for an update even after that amount of time. Offers are lacking, but with a sale here at 24 keys and the sale three weeks ago at 23 keys, I personally think there's enough here at work. Votes are dead split though, so I'll want a second mod's opinion.
Well it's basically the same range that was suggested 24 days ago.
