Old trade is old, so i'll only consider the offers made 1month ago...just to be safe. He's asking 2.5 because of the level, but let's be real here, not many people care about that. Got a offer of a glitched unusual (~1.5buds the unusual only); 2pure + painted EA's; a ~1.8 unusual (at the time); 1.7 pure; another ~1.5 unusual; yet again a ~1.7 unusual and to end all this, a ~1.6 all class unusual.

My veredict:Raise, at least the lower end of the hat. The high end seems fine, although some people will get as high as 2buds. But i think raising it is not worth it.
