This is an old type of hat with one of the new unsual robot effects.

It seems all new effects can be found with old hats in the old crates.
You can only get the unusal robothats in the robocrats.
Thats why he is now selling that hat, wanting to get an old hat with a new effect.
what is this supposed to prove exactly?

There's more than one in existence try looking for other past sales considering there are 3 currently on outpost.
