Updating my hat again. It's fairly rare so doesn't sell very often but below I have presented offers ranging from 3 to 3.5, inclusive.

There are only two on Outpost at the moment, but there is also a buyer who has been after one with an offer of 3.5 for at least a week. He is now actively trying to buy with 3.5 ([url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10780283[/url]). (Fun fact: He used to have one half a year ago. In fact, he sold it for 3.8 (about $125 at the time), which I used in this hat's last suggestion.)
