Before I begin, I'd like to say that the "Suggest New Price" Button is now horribly placed. It was easy to access for everyone prior. Now I have to click on approximately 4 more links to access it.

Now. Theres a few on outpost. And I believe 1.7 is WAY too high. I'm excluding cash and new hats/effects in this suggestion, the latter purely on the basis of "NOBODY KNOWS WHAT ITS WORTH IN TF2"

Conclusion:

1.7 is WAY TOO HIGH. But nobody is accepting 25 keys. I feel that 27-32 is a decent range, due to the amount of sold company men hats sold at a high price, but also I see that one person offered 1.3 buds. The only people who offered more than 1.3 offered a really high amount. It was one extreme, or the other.

Feel free to debate. This is a 4 month old price, and lets be honest, this is more accurate than the current one, at least.
