Hey guys its my first suggestion(yay) Second, but I messed up the currencies last time

Criticism is great, don't be a jerk please.

Also, get ready for a book because this is an unusual, and I'm putting work into it, not just numbers. Read for the full reasoning of the price.

From my knowledge, there is only one Steaming Firewall Helmet, which I bought and sold (cry)

I bought this hat for 2 buds, however he added 7 keys (in items, however it easily sold for 7 keys if not 8 keys). I'm gonna represent this as 1.7. I was buying quicksells at the time, so this might even be too low. Then again, I originally wanted 1.5 buds for it, but I did like it and want to have it, so I payed more. I think that undoes the "quicksell" aspect [ http://i.imgur.com/zJQyH5l.png ]

The guy who originally owned it wanted to sell it for 2 buds (not a quicksell). I'm assuming he sold for a little less, since the guy who bought it wasn't too worried about adding to his offer when selling it to me. He was a little upset when I asked for 7 keys back, so he either lost or was met. Gonna assume 1.8 bud. [ http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11056427 ]

I then sold it for 49.5 keys in items, using the low end of each item. (To clarify, this hat is amazing and I only sold it because I am quitting TF2, so I sold it to the first guy who added me. I didn't sell it quickly because I was worried.)

13 keys + Massed Flies Mining Light (I used 14 keys) + 2 Strange Huntsman (12 keys) + a Salvaged Crate #40 (4 keys) + High Five Taunt (1.2 keys) + Festive Huntsman (2.8 keys) + Byted Beak (1 key) + 70's Chapeau (.55 keys) + T/S Uncraft Spartan (.35 keys) + Base Metal Billycock (.15 keys) = 49.5 keys (My math may be wrong, I rounded differently when I did the trade. However he over payed, because since it was in items, I did not want to risk getting losing the two buds I wanted, but also he overpayed with low end so I may be able to make more than 49.5 keys. If it was in pure than I would have settled for 2 buds. This guy has lots of other pyro stuff, liked collector levels, qualities, multiple amounts of miscs to wear compared to his other classes. This shows he clearly liked it and shows that passionate pyros would pay a little over two buds for this.

Also, (I didn't put this before because I cant confirm the validity of the statement) the guy who sold it to me said he was waiting on someone who offered 2.5 buds. He went offline for three days and he could not contact him. He must have really wanted to sell it. This shouldn't sway the price too much, because he may have just been trying to make me think I'm getting a good deal, but then again maybe not.

I set a cautious price here as 1.7 seemed to be the average for low end buyers (between the original guy and me) and 2.2 seems to be a nice high (going a little above what the guy bought it off me for because he did pay a little more than I said due to ranges in the price of the items I bought, there was 'another' buyer @ 2.5 buds, and its 1 of 1 so people will want this and the seller can monopolize the price and force more if wanted.

Again these are just guidelines for prices, the newest owner may sell it for 5 buds if the demand rises, but based off the evidence I have at hand, this is the best I could make. There isn't no price, so hey, its better than nothing :)

Thanks!

EDIT: My grammar is terrible, comment to let me clear up any questions you may have with my wording.

Good proof (maybe) but just almost no one will read it all

To make it shorter maybe :

    "The link for the trade"

    "pictures"

    "offers"

    Not alot of talk xd

Yeah, I realize now getting prices across is less about thorough investigation, and more about making eye candy

    Big job UP+
